Our prices refer to the respective rooms/apartment per night (plus local tax* and final cleaning**) and are valid for a minimum stay of 7 days.

Payment methods: deposit at booking 40% of the total amount, balance cash on site.
Additional costs: *Local tax € 3,20 per person/night (from 15 years), **Final cleaning apartment Winter € 50,-/Summer € 30,- (per stay).
Short stay: For a stay of only 1-3 nights (depending on the season) a surcharge of € 5,00 per person per night will be charged.

Check-In: from 03:00 p.m.
Check-Out: until 10:00 a.m.

Breakfast: breakfast for apartment € 12,- per person per day
 

General Terms and Conditions Apart Garni Lais

If no other terms agreed, the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Austrian Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply to our house with modification of the cancellation policy §5 Chap. §5.5 and §5.6.

Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, instead the following Cancellation rules apply:

booked stay between 01st November and 30th April

• you may cancel your booking without charge up to 42 days prior to your arrival
• 42 days up to 7 days prior to your arrival: a fee of 50% of the booking amount applies
• 7 days up to 1 day prior arrival: a fee of 90% of the booking amount applies
• In case of later arrival and/or earlier departure or a No-Show we will charge the total booking amount.
• A deposit (money transfer) of 40% of the reserved stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.

booked stay between 01st Mai and 31st Oktober

• you may cancel your booking without charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival
• 7 days up to 1 day prior to your arrival: a fee of 90% of the booking amount applies
• In case of later arrival and/or earlier departure or a No-Show we will charge the total booking amount.
• A deposit (money transfer) of 40% of the reserved stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.

If you cannot travel due to an official travel warning or entry ban, a cost-free cancellation is possible.

We STRONGLY advise all our guests to arrange a Travel Cancellation Insurance.
